About
Lazarev.Cloud is my personal engineering practice, based in Novi Sad, Serbia. I build the platforms other engineers ship on — ML infrastructure, Kubernetes, GPU, and the security underneath — and the tooling that makes them pleasant to use. I work hands-on: when something ships here, I built it.
Background
Anatoly (Till) Lazarev
7+ years building secure, scalable platforms across bare-metal Linux and AWS. I joined a fintech serving millions of users as DevOps Manager, standardising Kubernetes across multi-region clusters for 6+ teams and cutting allocated CPU and memory by about 10%, and within 18 months became its first MLOps engineer. There I designed and built the company's ML platform from scratch and still run it as its sole engineer: five team workspaces, 8 shared H100s, and an SDK, CLI and MCP server its users code against.
Earlier: a 50%+ cut in company-wide AWS spend, 60% faster deployments and 75% faster builds at a Dubai real-estate group; production monitoring handling 150,000 metrics per second at a US e-commerce company; and, before that, automated release pipelines that cut build-to-deploy time by over 90%.
